The Ghana Real Estate Professional Association (GREPA), made up of many members worldwide, has been transforming and  improving real estate for many years. Membership opportunities are available for real estate professionals who are working together to unify and strengthen the policies of real estate. 

Membership in the GREPA brings exclusive benefits and services designed to support our members, including highly regarded educational resources and events, research information,technology tools, networking opportunities, advocacy, volunteer opportunities and easy access to timely, sought-after information.

Professional Membership

Professional members are directly involved in real estate sales, marketing and management – these include real estate Salespersons/Agents/ Brokers, Managing Brokers, Property managers, valuers (who are also into Brokerage)


Corporate Membership 

These are real estate brokerage offices, sponsoring other Agents of 3 or more in their offices. Corporate members will have 3 free individual membership under their office


Affiliate Membership

Affiliate members come from many areas related to real estate, including Developers, Banks/Mortgage Companies, Lawyers and law firms, cleaning companies, Real estate developers, builders, property managers, educators and real estate business products providers. As an Affiliate member of GREPA, you will have access to our network of real estate professionals and GREPA will provide a solid customer foundation and opportunities for your brand's exposure. You will also be able to attend GREPA meetings and events where you can meet up with potential clients and business partners.

Associate Membership

Associate members are not necessarily involved in the real estate industry but empathize and support GREPA and the work GREPA does. They DO NOT provide any services in the Real estate industry. They are  granted only partial status or privileges and are not required to pay Membership dues.

Auxiliary Membership
Auxiliary members of GREPA include individuals or organizations who into real estate practice but may not qualify to be licensed as real estate agents or brokers. The GREPA Aux members are essential service providers and form an integral part of the industry. 



Academic Membership

Academic members are persons involved in or retired from full-time teaching or research in real estate and allied areas at accredited institutions of higher education, research institutions, or government agencies.


Student Membership

Student members are full-time and part-time students at accredited institutions of higher education. Student members shall elect to remain in Student status up until one year after completion of their education


International Membership

International members are Realtors in other countries interested in joining GREPA


Corporate Sponsors 

Corporate Sponsorship Account is reserved for individuals and companies wishing to sponsor the work of GREPA.


MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
     Education Bachelor's Degree/HND or Equivalent 
     Office requirements. Belong to an office /Own an office & must have a verifiable address(Verifiable Home Office Acceptable)
     Complete and submit this Application 
     Attach all required documents and fees.
     Take & Pass a Basic Real Estate written exam with in 30 days of membership  
        (GREPA code of Ethics Exam)

  • Professional Passport Picture (Hard copy and Digital)

  • Copy of Educational Certificates  Current CV

  • 2 references (Professional or Educational)

  • Business Registration Documents

  • Application Fees (See Page 3 for Deposit Account Details)
